I have always been passionate about a healthy lifestyle.   And I have been doing it for over 30 yrs.  I have known the way you eat and drink correlates to the way you feel, look and act.  My huge concern about the American people is that they are suck in by so much “fake news” about products….the labels are misleading, the ingredients are not all there and more importantly the nutritional values are very, very limited.  (Despite what any manufacturing or companies wants you to believe).
